FAQ
1 General
1.1 I am interested in archery, what should be my first step?
We recommend that individuals who have never done archery before, but are interested in learning about archery take a private or family lesson. This will allow you to have one-on-one time with an instructor, learn proper handling techniques and feel confident using the equipment. Lessons can be booked by calling the store (519-203-1600).
1.2 How do I book the Range?

You can book the range two ways, either online or over the phone.

To book online, navigate to our 'Book Range' tab which will bring you to our booking system powered by Skedda. You will need to register the first time and then you will be able to see what slots are available. You can book day of, or weeks in advance.

To book over the phone, give us a call at 519-203-1600 and we can let you know availability and book you in.

1.3 Can you repair my bow?

Yes! We are able to work on most brands of compound, crossbow, recurve and long bow.

1.4 I dry fired my bow. What should I do?

If you have dry fired your bow DO NOT use it again until you have it properly inspected. Bring your bow into the store to be inspected by one of our bow tech's. They will be able to assess the damage and make arrangements for the repair if necessary. Often, when dry fired a bow will derail (strings and/or cables come off cams). If this happens, our bows techs are also able to solve this issue.

1.5 Do you ship to the United States?

No. Currently we are only shipping within Canada.
